Yes, absolutely! The majority of our products feature "Customized" options. We provide customized tailoring across our collections—from lace A-line gowns to sequined party dresses—to ensure the perfect fit for your standout look.

Many dresses are available with a Custom color option. Color availability depends on the selected dress and the options shown when ordering.

Depending on the dress, you may be able to select custom size, custom color, and the style details shown on the product page.

Most of our products are Made-to-Order, which means we begin sewing after the order is confirmed.

For a custom dress, we recommend ordering at least 3–4 months before your event. This allows time for production, shipping, and any unexpected delay.

To ensure your dress arrives safely and reliably, we partner with trusted global logistics providers, primarily FedEx and UPS.

Tracking your order is easy. Simply "Sign In" to access your account and orders history. From your member dashboard, you can use our "Order Tracking" feature to monitor your package's status.

Ready-Made items usually take less than 48 hours to process before shipping. Made-to-Order items usually require Tailoring Time : 9 - 11 days.

Shipping methods include Expedited Shipping at 5-8 days from US$ 20 and Standard Shipping at 6-11 days from US$ 10.

Please place your order as early as possible. For a custom dress, ordering 3–4 months before the event gives you the most comfortable timeline.

Custom-size and custom-color dresses are not eligible for return. Exchanges are not currently offered.

Custom Size/Color Dresses, Swatches, Fabric, Ready to Ship Dresses, Face Masks, Garment Bags, Jewelry not in original condition, Shapewear, Robes & Lingerie pieces/sets, and any other items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.

Standard size dresses and accessories are returnable within 14 business days of delivery.

Contact customer service with photos and/or videos of the items and your order number. Customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.

When the item is received, it will be inspected in 3-5 working days. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after the package is received, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day. You can cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee. Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee. Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
